Google Forms for Math

Google Forms is a great tool for creating formative assessments to check student understanding. We can collect feedback from students using Forms as a survey, an exit ticket, or as an assessment.

Google Forms is a web-based technology which makes it suitable for all platforms, it provides a assortment of questioning styles so you can probe student understanding in a variety of ways, and it provides feedback for teachers with analysis by question, by student, or as a group summary.
